*** IT IS AN EPIDEMIC! EVERYONE TRYING TO OUT TALK THE OTHER TO GET THEIR POINT ACROSS. ***

*** THE MORE WORDS MULTIPLIED AND PUT OUT THERE….AND LOUDER IS THE ONE
WHO’S POINT GETS THROUGH. ***

*** I AM FINDING VERY FEW PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY LISTEN AND VALUE WHAT I
SAY. ***

*** I FIND IT IN CHRISTIAN CIRCLES….ALL TALK NO LISTEN. ***

*** BE QUICK TO HEAR SLOW TO SPEAK, SLOW TO ANGER. ***

THIS WILL FIX MANY PROBLEMS THAT WE HAVE AND AVOID MORE.

*** IT IS AN EPIDEMIC IN AMERICA, THE SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE GREASE.

*** THERE WAS LOADS OF SINS GOING ON THAT WERE OFFENSIVE TO GOD, BUT WHAT HE HAD TO STOP WAS THE “VIOLENCE “. **

*** “THEIR THOUGHTS WERE ON EVIL CONTINUALLY “. ***

*** HOW CAN PEOPLE FIND A PEACEFUL EXSISTANCE WITH ACTS OF VIOLENCE FILLING THE LAND? ***

JESUS IS OUR ARK OF SAFETY AND ESCAPE
FROM VIOLENCE.

AS THE DAYS OF NOAH WERE… SO SHALL THE COMMING OF THE SON OF MAN BE.

WE ARE IN A TIME THAT VIOLENCE IS THE CHOSEN METHOD TO GET YOUR WAY.

THOUSANDS KILLED IN UKRAINE AND BEFORE IT IS DONE THOUSANDS WILL BE KILLED IN ISRAEL/GAZA.

BOTH OF THESE WERE UNPROVOKED ATTACKS ON PEOPLE WANTING TO LIVE IN PEACE.

23% OF PEOPLE IN AMERICA THINK THAT VIOLENCE IS JUSTIFIABLE TO CARRY OUT POLITICAL OBJECTIVES.

“LOOK UP FOR YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWS NEAR”.

Paul was effective in his message for the Lord. So effective they said “he has turned the world upside down”. He did all as a tent maker by day and a preacher in the evening.

He supported those who helped him in the ministry with his tent making. He recruited
Priscilla and Aquila to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. They were tent makers also and that association led to ministry bond.

The buildings that gatherings of followers
met in were the homes of the believers. Everyone had input in the assemblies and were encouraged and free to release their
Gift of the Spirit. Everyone was being led
by the holy Spirit, and the Lord Jesus Christ
was the leader.

I said all that to say this……WHY DO WE HAVE SO MANY PROFESSIONAL CHRISTIANS NOW? WHY ALL THE PAID STAFF AND PROGRAMS THAT LOOK MORE LIKE A SECULAR MONEY MAKING OPERATION? WHY THE HUGE BUILDINGS AND MEGA CHURCHES THAT NEED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS JUST TO STAY IN BUSINESS?

Why are so many celebrity Christian leaders
seemingly needed to keep this all up?

WE NEED MORE WORKING MEN THAT LOVE GOD PROMOTED IN MINISTRY. MEN THAT UNDERSTAND WHAT REAL LIFE IS ABOUT! MEN THAT CAN RELATE TO THE PRESSURES AND EXPERIENCE OF WHAT MOST PEOPLE LIVE.

Psalms 5:11,12

But let all who take refuge and put their trust in you rejoice, let them ever sing for joy; because you cover and shelter them,

Let those who love your name be joyful and exult in you.

For you, O Lord, bless the righteous man
(the one who is in right standing with you);
you surround him with favor as with a
shield.

“So if you are presenting your offering at the alter, and while there you remember that your brother has something (such as a grievance or legitimate complaint) against you,

Leave your offering there at the alter and go.
First make peace with your brother, and then come and present your offering.

*** MAKING PEACE WITH YOUR BROTHER IS THE PRIORITY WITH JESUS CHRIST. ***

*** THIS COULD BE AN EASY FIX, SUCH AS SAYING….”I’M SORRY”. ***

*** IT COULD ALSO TAKE RESTORATION OF THINGS TAKEN THROUGH INJUSTICE. ***

*** LET YOUR HEART BE YOUR GUIDE AND YOUR CONSCIENCE. ***

*** THIS IS FOR THOSE SEEKING PEACE AND RECONCILIATION. ***

*** THIS IS THE WAY TO DEFEAT THE DEVIL
AND RESTORE YOUR CONNECTION WITH GOD AND YOUR BROTHER. ***

*** THE WHOLE POINT TO WHAT JESUS IS SAYING IS “IF YOU DON’T QUIT PRAYING YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU ARE ASKING
FOR”. ***

*** IT WILL BE GOOD AND ADVANTAGEOUS
FOR YOU. ***

*** YOU ARE COMPLETE IN HIM THE HEAD OF ALL PRINCIPALITY AND POWER. ***

*** JESUS HAS RECOMENDED YOU FOR FAVOR WITH HIS FATHER….HE PUTS HIS NAME OUT THERE FOR YOU. ***

WHAT CAN I SAY?…..

*** COME BOLDLY BEFORE THE THRONE OF GRACE TO FIND MERCY AND GRACE TO HELP IN TIME OF NEED. ***

With what shall I come before the Lord (to honor him), and bow myself before God on high?

Shall I come before him with burnt offerings,
with yearling calves?

Will the Lord be delighted with thousands of rams, or with ten thousand rivers of oil?

Shall I present my firstborn for my acts of rebellion, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you

Except to be just, and to love (and to diligently practice) kindness (compassion),
and to walk humbly with your God (setting aside any overblown sense of importance or self-righteous)?

*** GOD IS SAYING “DO NOT TRY TO PLEASE ME WITH YOUR OFFERINGS OF WEALTH. **

*** DO NOT TRY TO OFFER ME YOUR CHILDREN FOR YOUR REBELLION! ***

*** JESUS CHRIST IS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THE RICHES YOU CAN BRING HIM. ***

*** YOUR 10% IS NOT MOVING THE HAND OF GOD OR THAT HE NEEDS IT AT ALL. **

I CAN SEE ALL THIS IN THE SERMON ON THE MOUNT….JESUS CHRIST BRINGING OUT WHAT FATHER GOD REALLY WANTS HIS CHILDREN TO DO.

WOULD YOU PRAY?

NOW. ***

*** SHOW ME GOD HOW TO LOVE
MERCY. ***

*** TEACH ME TO WALK HUMBLY WITH YOU MY FATHER. ***

I watched the almost 4 hour movie “KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON”. Totally well made
movie from the book of the same name. Martin Scorsese really went the extra mile in getting a realistic portrayal of the systematic murders of oil rich Osage men and women.

I knew before I went that this was going to be disturbing to me as a Native Man. I appreciated that many Osage were in the movie and it helped immensely.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Lily Gladstone as husband and wife carried much of the movie.
DiCaprio as Ernest was brilliant in bringing out the weak conflicted man that loves his wife but yet is poisoning her (Molly) to get her money.

De Niro was the devil himself as William Hail.
The way he convinced people to kill Indians for their money and channel it to him was truly believable. Was so sad is that all this is a true story that actually happened to real people in the 1920s.

The book by David Grann is better if you want to get closer to real truth about our history.
David Grann’s interview on PBS about his book is even more revealing.

This is an important film that I encourage everyone to see. Christians need to see this
Movie to help understand more about Native People. If you are a Native Person this will be hard to watch, but the story needs to be told.
