Christmas day, hustle and bustle, seeing family. Gift giving and expectations for good things. Hopefully you have learned to slow down and enjoy your loved ones and appreciate what you have.
No room for him in the house as his mother Maryβs water was breaking. In the manger was his birthing room. No doctor or nice surroundings but the sheep and cattle looked at the miracle child being born.
He grew up knowing he was to die to give new life to all that believed. There was no form of pending greatness about him. He was a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.
What he accomplished, the miracles, the healings, were to testify of who he was the Son of his Father God. He was rejected by his own but to those who received him he gave the right to be the sons of God.
Jesus saidβ¦..βI AM THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE AND NO MAN COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME.β
Let us all think about what we have and who paid the price for it all. He is at work right now in your family, doing his great work of redeeming us all back to our Father God.
