“I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whatever you bind on (forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful) on earth shall have (already) been bound in heaven.

“Again I say to you, that if two believers on earth agree (that is, are of one mind, in harmony) about anything that they ask (within the will of God), it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.

“For where two or three are gathered in my name (meeting together as my followers), I am there among them.”

*** HERE IS WHAT CONSTITUTES THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE NEEDED FOR THIS PROMISE FROM JESUS, “I AM THERE AMONG THEM.” ***

*** THE POWER OF AGREEMENT IS MET WHEN TWO BELIEVERS ON EARTH AGREE, ARE OF ONE MIND, IN HARMONY ABOUT ANYTHING THEY ASK. ***

*** THIS MUST BE WITHIN THE WILL OF GOD,
THAT IS SOMTHING GOD APPROVES OF AND WANTS DONE. ***

*** THEY CAN DECLARE WHAT IS IMPROPER AND UNLAWFUL. ***

*** THEY CAN DECLARE WHAT IS LAWFUL OR GOOD, OR APPROPRIATE ON EARTH. ***

*** THIS MUST ALSO BE WHAT GOD DECLARES TO BE LAWFUL OR UNLAWFUL IN
HEAVEN. ***

*** ALL YOU NEED IS A BELIEVER TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE WITH YOU AND FOR GOD TO AGREE WITH YOU ALSO. ***

*** TWO BELIEVERS THAT ARE MARRIED, HUSBAND AND WIFE ARE THE PERFECT TEAM WITH GOD TO GET PRAYERS ANSWERED. ***

*** THEY ARE ALSO THE PERFECT TEAM TO DECLARE THINGS UNLAWFUL OR LAWFUL ON EARTH WITH GOD’S APPROVAL. ***

*** YOUR HOME IS THE MEETING PLACE AND YOU CONSTITUTE THE CHURCH. ***
